I was constantly online – but never for myself.

I was constantly online – but never for myself.

I worked around the clock, jumping from idea to idea, from country to country.

Everything was working – only I myself was somewhere in between. In 2024, somewhere between Cyprus and Asia, I hit the brakes.
I wanted real contact again – with people, with work, with myself.

Since then, no course, no algorithm counts, but what I do when someone is in front of me. Today I work with my hands instead of a keyboard.

Nepal – Where it all began

My first major training began in Kathmandu. At Institute for Natural Medicine, I learned my first massage techniques.

My teacher Nabin inherited his knowledge from his father – passed down through generations.

Over time, Nabin became a friend and Nepal became my second home. I learned Ayurveda, hot stone, deep tissue, and foot reflex massage.

This is where the foundation for everything I do today was established.

What started as a vacation with friends became a turning point.

In Chiang Mai, I met Dao – her massage was the best of my life. We kept in touch, and during every stay in my favorite place in Thailand, I had her massage me.

I asked her where to best learn Thai massage. Dao recommended the famous Wat Pho school in Bangkok.

There, I learned traditional Nuad Thai massage for over a month. Later, I learned Tok Sen and Yam Kang in temples - right at the source.

In Kerala, I encountered Ayurveda in a way that fascinated me immediately.

What began as curiosity became an experience during my Panchakarma treatment that truly benefited my body and mind.

The warm oil, the therapists' attitude – everything had meaning and effect. I wanted to understand what I experienced there and began to learn Ayurveda massage.

India brought me closer to what guides me today:

Working with calm, respect, and awareness for every person who comes.
